We are extremely lucky to have Cindy as our bankruptcy paralegal. For most of our clients, Cindy is the primary point of contact with our office.
Cindy has worked in the legal field for over 25 years – the last 20 with our office. She is a graduate of Lexington High School and has an associate’s degree in business from Midlands Technical College in Columbia.
Cindy prepares the schedules, statements, and other documents necessary to file bankruptcy cases. She also handles many matters that arise after a case is filed, including motions for discharge.
Cindy, her husband, and their two sons live just outside Lexington.
Wanda primarily works with us in the afternoons and has been with us since 2014. She is a valuable asset.
Wanda pre-interviews clients whose first visit is in the afternoon and assists clients in organizing the information on which our advice is based. She also collects and forwards information required by the various bankruptcy trustees.
Wanda also helps us solve problems that arise during chapter 13 cases, including stay relief motions and petitions to dismiss. Although her duties sometimes take her away from the office, she answers most telephone contacts in the afternoon.
Before coming to us, Wanda worked at some of the most prestigious law firms in Columbia and at Lexington Medical Center. She and her husband live in West Columbia.
